Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ledziqo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Ledziqo.

Account Registration

To use Ledziqo, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access
• Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account

Subscription and Payments

Ledziqo offers subscription-based access to the platform. By selecting a plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• The 14-day free trial requires no credit card and automatically converts to a paid plan unless cancelled

No Refund Policy

Ledziqo does not issue refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Unused subscription periods
• Partial months of service
• Upgraded or downgraded plans
• Termination of service by you or Ledziqo
• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the platform

All sales are final. No exceptions will be made. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Tax Compliance Responsibility

While Ledziqo provides tools to assist with tax calculations and compliance, you remain solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all data entered into the platform
• Verifying all tax calculations before filing with authorities
• Meeting all filing deadlines with the Ethiopian Ministry of Revenue
• Maintaining proper documentation and evidence for audits

Data Ownership and Data Loss Disclaimer

You retain ownership of all data you input into Ledziqo. We do not claim ownership of your business records, transaction data, or any other content you create. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

Ledziqo is not responsible for any data loss, whether caused by system errors, user error, technical failures, or any other reason. We are a software service provider only and do not guarantee the preservation, recovery, or backup of your data. It is your sole responsibility to maintain independent backups of all data entered into the platform. We strongly recommend exporting your records regularly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ledziqo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.

We are a service provider only. Ledziqo is not responsible for:

• Any errors in tax filings, calculations, or reports generated through the platform
• Financial losses, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from use of the platform
• Decisions made by you, your accountant, or any third party based on data from the platform
• Any data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty US Dollars ($50.00), whichever is less.
