Terms of Service
1. Scope of Service
Ledziqo is a professional financial intelligence tool designed for data tracking, tax computation assistance, and records management. By using this service, you acknowledge that Ledziqo is a productivity platform and not a licensed financial institution or tax filing authority.
2. Tax Calculation Accuracy
While our calculation engine (VAT/WHT) is engineered for 99.9% precision, all generated reports should be verified by a qualified professional. Ledziqo Cloud provides the tools for automation, but the final legal responsibility for tax compliance and filing remains with you, the user.
We are not liable for any discrepancies resulting from incorrect data entry, manual overrides, or external API sync delays.
3. Data Ownership & Privacy
Your records data belongs to you. Ledziqo acts as a secure custodian of your financial records. We implement bank-grade encryption to protect your sensitive information and will never share your data with third parties without explicit authorization.
4. Contact & Support Protocols
Direct support for enterprise accounts is handled via our internal ticketing system or through our primary Telegram bridge. For immediate inquiries, you may contact our operations lead @Aesliex.
5. Subscription & Deactivation
Ledziqo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any workspace due to overdue payments (unpaid bills) or any violation of our operating terms.
In the event of an expired trial or failed subscription payment, a 3-day grace period will be granted to allow for settlement. If payment is not reconciled within this 72-hour window, the workspace will be automatically locked and all fiscal reporting features disabled until the balance is cleared.
